These terms apply to Tabsmith for Android, provided by Appnics, LLC ("we"). By using the app, you agree to them. Tabsmith for iOS is provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement instead.
1. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Tabsmith on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or try to get around its limits.
2. Import only audio that you own or have the right to use this way. To convert a song, the app sends its audio to our server and to the providers that process it for us, and the audio is deleted right after processing, as described in the Privacy Policy. You keep the rights you have in your audio, and you allow us to process it only to make your tabs and separated audio. Use the tabs and separated audio for your own practice, and do not share them where you do not have the rights to the song.
3. Tabs and separated audio are made automatically by AI and may contain mistakes.
4. Converting songs needs Tabsmith Pro, an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play, yearly or weekly. Each plan includes a limited number of songs, shown in the app before you buy. The yearly plan may start with a free trial for eligible new subscribers; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play, under Subscriptions, and you keep Tabsmith Pro until the end of the current period. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. While subscribed, including during a free trial, you can buy 10 extra songs, a one-time purchase through Google Play. Extra songs are used after the songs included in your plan and do not expire. They stay with your subscription: if it ends, they are kept and can be used again when you subscribe again. They cannot be used without an active subscription or exchanged for money. Refunds follow Google Play's terms.
6. Purchases on Google Play and on the App Store are separate. A subscription or extra songs bought on one do not carry over to the other.
7. Signing in with Google is optional. You can delete your account in the app, or as described at appnics.io/tabsmith/delete-account.
8. The app is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Appnics, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
9. These terms may be updated as needed. We will post any change on this page with a new date. Governing law: Japan.

この規約は、合同会社 Appnics（以下「当社」）が提供する Tabsmith の Android 版に適用します。本アプリを使うことで、この規約に同意したものとします。iOS 版の Tabsmith は、Apple の標準的なライセンス契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）のもとで提供します。英語版と食い違いがある場合は英語版が優先します。
1. 当社は、お客様が所有または管理する Android 端末で、お客様ご自身が非商用で使うための、譲渡できない個人の利用許諾を与えます。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再販売や、回数などの制限を回避する行為はしないでください。
2. 取り込めるのは、お客様が権利を持つ音声、またはこの使い方をする権利のある音声だけです。曲を変換するため、アプリは音声を当社のサーバーと、処理を委託する事業者に送ります。音声は、プライバシーポリシーのとおり処理の直後に消します。音声についてお客様が持つ権利はお客様に残り、当社は TAB 譜と分けた音を作るためにだけ音声を処理します。TAB 譜と分けた音はお客様ご自身の練習に使い、曲の権利が無い場所で共有しないでください。
3. TAB 譜と分けた音は AI が自動で作るもので、誤りを含むことがあります。
4. 曲の変換には、Google Play の年額または週額の自動更新のサブスクリプション「Tabsmith Pro」が必要です。各プランで変換できる曲の数には上限があり、購入の前にアプリに表示します。年額は、対象となる新規の方に無料体験から始まることがあり、無料体験が終わるまでに解約しない限り、終わったときに年額の料金が請求されます。サブスクリプションは、解約しない限り期間の終わりに自動で更新されます。管理と解約は Google Play の定期購入からいつでも行え、解約しても今の期間の終わりまで Tabsmith Pro を使えます。支払いと返金は Google Play がその規約に従って扱います。アカウントやアプリを削除しても、サブスクリプションは解約されません。
5. 購読中（無料体験中を含む）は、Google Play の 1 回きりの購入で 10 曲を追加できます。追加の曲は、プランに含まれる曲を使い切ったあとに使われ、期限はありません。追加の曲はサブスクリプションに付き、購読が終わっても残り、もう一度購読すると使えます。有効なサブスクリプションが無いあいだは使えず、換金はできません。返金は Google Play の規約に従います。
6. Google Play での購入と App Store での購入は別です。一方で購入したサブスクリプションや追加の曲は、もう一方には引き継がれません。
7. Google でのサインインは任意です。アカウントは、アプリの中で、または appnics.io/tabsmith/delete-account に書いた方法で削除できます。
8. 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。合同会社 Appnics は、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
9. 本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定はこのページに新しい日付とともに掲載します。準拠法は日本法とします。
