How can we help?
Email contact@appnics.io with “Tabsmith” in the subject, your device model, iOS and app versions, and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
What happens to the audio I import?
Audio you import (a file, a recording or audio shared to the app) is sent to our server and GPU processing for conversion, and is deleted right after processing. When you paste a YouTube link in the app, the audio is extracted on your device, sent the same way, and deleted from your device as soon as it is sent.
Where are my tabs kept?
Your tabs and the song titles you give them are kept in our database until you delete your account. The separated audio and your practice history are stored only on your device.
Deleting your account or data
In the app's Settings, you can delete your account or erase your data.
Cancelling a subscription
Tabsmith offers auto-renewing yearly and weekly subscriptions through the App Store. A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in the App Store, under Subscriptions in your account. Deleting your account in Tabsmith does not cancel a subscription.

取り込んだ音声はどうなりますか？
取り込んだ音声（ファイル、録音、共有）は、変換のために当社のサーバーと GPU の処理に送り、処理の直後に消します。アプリで YouTube のリンクを貼ったときは、音声を端末の中で取り出して同じ経路で送り、送ったらすぐ端末から消します。
TAB 譜はどこに保存されますか？
TAB 譜と、お客様が付けた曲名は、アカウントを削除するまで当社のデータベースに保存します。分けた音と練習の記録は、端末にだけ保存されます。
アカウントやデータを消すには？
アプリの Settings から、アカウントの削除とデータの消去ができます。
購読を解約するには？
Tabsmith の購読は、App Store の年額または週額の自動更新のサブスクリプションです。期間の終了の 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動で更新されます。管理と解約は、App Store のアカウントのサブスクリプションから行えます。Tabsmith でアカウントを削除しても、購読は解約されません。
