Tabsmith Privacy Policy

Tabsmith is an iOS app provided by Appnics, LLC ("we"). When you import a song, AI separates the lead and rhythm guitar parts and turns each into tabs, and you can slow down and loop the separated audio to practice along. This policy explains what leaves your device, what we keep, who handles it and for how long.
1. Audio you import
Audio you import into Tabsmith (a file, a recording or audio shared to the app) is sent to our server (Vercel) and to GPU processing (Modal) to be converted. It is deleted right after processing. Until then it is kept in temporary storage, at most until the conversion job expires.
When you paste a YouTube link in the app, the audio is extracted on your device, sent the same way, and deleted from your device as soon as it is sent.
2. What we keep, and what stays on your device
- Tabs. Your tabs (notes, chords and beat information) and the song titles you give them are stored in our database (Turso) until you delete your account. Tabs made on a device that is not signed in are linked to that device's key (section 3) and are deleted 13 months after that device was last used.
- Separated audio. The separated audio is stored only on your device.
- Practice history. Your practice history stays only on your device.
3. Identifiers
- Device key. The app uses Apple's App Attest, which creates a key on your device, to confirm that requests come from the genuine Tabsmith app and to prevent misuse of the conversion limits. Our server keeps the key's ID only as a hash.
- Sign in with Apple. If you sign in with Apple, our server keeps your Sign in with Apple user ID only as a hash, until you delete your account; deleting your account deletes it. We do not store your email address.
- Purchases. Our server keeps the ID of your purchase only as a hash.
- Push notifications. The app sends us your device's push notification token so we can let you know when a conversion is finished. We delete it when you erase your data or delete your account, and when Apple reports it as no longer valid.
4. Purchases
Tabsmith offers auto-renewing yearly and weekly subscriptions through the App Store. Apple handles the payment. Our server keeps the ID of your purchase only as a hash (section 3).
5. Analytics
To improve the app, we measure how it is used on our own server (api.admin.appnics.io). The app sends only events that say which kind of action happened. Song titles, URLs, audio and file names are never sent. There are no ads and no third-party tracking in Tabsmith.

If you live outside the United States, the data in sections 1 to 3 is transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same level of protection as your country's laws. We use these providers only to run Tabsmith and do not share your data for advertising.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your choices
- In the app's Settings, you can delete your account or erase your data. Deleting your account deletes your tabs and song titles from our database.
- Subscriptions are cancelled in the App Store, under Subscriptions in your account. Deleting your account in Tabsmith does not cancel a subscription.

Tabsmith は、合同会社 Appnics（以下「当社」）が提供する iOS アプリです。曲を取り込むと、AI がギターのリードとバッキングを分けてそれぞれを TAB 譜にし、分けた音を遅くしてループしながら練習できます。このポリシーでは、端末から送られるもの、当社が残すもの、それを扱う事業者と保持期間を説明します。英語版と食い違いがある場合は英語版が優先します。
1. 取り込んだ音声
Tabsmith に取り込んだ音声（ファイル、録音、共有）は、変換のために当社のサーバー（Vercel）と GPU の処理（Modal）に送ります。処理の直後に消します。それまでのあいだ一時置き場に置くのは、長くても変換のジョブの期限までです。
アプリで YouTube のリンクを貼ったときは、音声を端末の中で取り出して同じ経路で送り、送ったらすぐ端末から消します。
2. 当社が残すものと、端末に残るもの
- TAB 譜: TAB 譜（音符・コード・拍の情報）と、お客様が付けた曲名は、アカウントを削除するまで当社のデータベース（Turso）に保存します。サインインしていない端末の TAB 譜は、その端末の鍵（第 3 節）に紐づき、その端末が最後に使ってから 13 か月で消します
- 分けた音: 分けた音は端末にだけ保存します
- 練習の記録: 練習の記録は端末にだけ残ります
3. 識別子
- 端末の鍵: アプリは Apple の App Attest を使い、端末で鍵を作ります。リクエストが本物の Tabsmith のアプリから来たことを確かめ、変換の回数の不正な利用を防ぐためです。当社のサーバーは、鍵の ID をハッシュにして保存します
- Sign in with Apple: Apple でサインインした場合、当社のサーバーは Sign in with Apple の利用者 ID をハッシュにして、アカウントを削除するまで保存し、削除で消します。メールアドレスは保存しません
- 購入: 当社のサーバーは、購入の ID をハッシュにして保存します
- プッシュ通知: 変換が終わったことをお知らせするため、アプリは端末のプッシュ通知のトークンを当社に送ります。データの消去・アカウントの削除のときと、Apple が無効と返したときに消します
4. 購入
Tabsmith は、App Store の年額と週額の自動更新のサブスクリプションを提供します。決済は Apple が処理します。当社のサーバーは、購入の ID をハッシュにして保存します（第 3 節）。
5. 計測
アプリの改善のため、当社は自社のサーバー（api.admin.appnics.io）でアプリの使われ方を計測しています。アプリが送るのは、どの種類の操作があったかのイベントだけです。曲名・URL・音声・ファイル名は送りません。Tabsmith に広告と第三者のトラッキングはありません。

米国の外にお住まいの場合、第 1〜3 節のデータは米国に移転され、米国で処理されます。米国の個人情報の保護の制度は、お住まいの国と同じ水準でない場合があります。当社はこれらの事業者を Tabsmith の運用のためだけに使い、データを広告のために共有しません。

8. お客様が選べること
- アプリの Settings から、アカウントの削除とデータの消去ができます。アカウントを削除すると、TAB 譜と曲名は当社のデータベースから消えます
- 購読の解約は、App Store のアカウントのサブスクリプションから行います。Tabsmith でアカウントを削除しても、購読は解約されません
