Deleting your Tabsmith account

In the app

  1. Open Tabsmith and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm. It appears when you are signed in.
  3. If you have not signed in, there is no account to delete. Tap Erase all data instead to delete your tabs from our server and your data on the device.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play, under Subscriptions (on iPhone, in the App Store).

If you no longer have the app

We do not store your name or email address, so the quickest way is to install Tabsmith again, sign in with the same account and delete it as above. If you cannot, email contact@appnics.io with “Tabsmith account deletion” in the subject, and we will reply with how to confirm that the account is yours and delete it.

What is deleted

  • Your tabs and their song titles on our server.
  • Your conversion jobs.
  • Your hashed Google or Apple account ID, and the link between your account, your devices and your subscription.
  • The push notification token of the device you delete the account from.
  • On the device: your tabs, separated audio and practice history.

The audio you import is already deleted right after processing. Erase all data deletes the tabs and jobs that belong to the device, its push notification token and your data on the device.

What is kept

  • Google Play (or the App Store) keeps the records of your purchases under its own policy.
  • Our server keeps the hashed records of your subscription and the number of songs converted in each period, so that the plan's limits keep working. They are deleted 13 months after they were last used. Extra songs you bought stay with the subscription and come back if you subscribe again.
  • The hashed ID of your device's key, deleted 13 months after the device was last used.
  • Analytics events, which carry the app's random install ID and never your account, song titles or audio.

Tabsmith のアカウントを削除するには

アプリの中で

  1. Tabsmith を開き、Settings を開きます。
  2. Account の Delete account を押して確定します。サインインしているときに表示されます。
  3. サインインしていない場合、削除するアカウントはありません。代わりに Erase all data を押すと、当社のサーバーの TAB 譜と端末のデータを消します。

アカウントを削除しても、購読は解約されません。解約は Google Play の定期購入から行います（iPhone では App Store から）。

アプリを削除した場合

当社はお名前やメールアドレスを保存していないため、いちばん早いのは、Tabsmith をもう一度入れ、同じアカウントでサインインして、上の手順で削除する方法です。それができない場合は、件名を「Tabsmith account deletion」として contact@appnics.io へお送りください。アカウントがご本人のものであることを確かめる方法をご案内し、削除します。

消えるもの

  • 当社のサーバーの TAB 譜と曲名
  • 変換のジョブ
  • Google または Apple のアカウントの ID のハッシュと、アカウント・端末・購読の紐づけ
  • アカウントを削除した端末のプッシュ通知のトークン
  • 端末の TAB 譜、分けた音、練習の記録

取り込んだ音声は、もともと処理の直後に消しています。Erase all data は、その端末が持ち主の TAB 譜とジョブ、プッシュ通知のトークン、端末のデータを消します。

残るもの

  • 購入の記録は、Google Play（または App Store）がそのポリシーに従って保持します
  • プランの上限が正しく働くよう、当社のサーバーには購読のハッシュの記録と、期間ごとに変換した曲の数が残ります。最後に使ってから 13 か月で消します。購入した追加の曲は購読に付いて残り、もう一度購読すると使えます
  • 端末の鍵の ID のハッシュ。その端末が最後に使ってから 13 か月で消します
  • 計測のイベント。アプリのランダムな識別子だけを持ち、アカウント・曲名・音声は含みません
