この規約は、合同会社 Appnics（以下「当社」）が提供する Fretmate の iPhone・iPad 版と Android 版に適用します。本アプリを使うことで、この規約に同意したものとします。App Store から入れた Fretmate には、Apple の標準的なライセンス契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）も適用され、この規約と食い違う場合は、その版については Apple の契約が優先します。日本語版と英語版に食い違いがある場合は日本語版が優先します。
1. 当社は、お客様が所有または管理する端末で、お客様ご自身が非商用で使うための、譲渡できない個人の利用許諾を与えます。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再販売や、無料の練習の回数や AI の機能の回数などの制限を回避する行為はしないでください。
2. 本アプリは、マイクで聴いた音から弾いたタイミングなどを端末の中で採点します。採点、BPM の提案、練習の計画は練習の目安で、端末や周りの音によって正しくないことがあります。無理のない音量と速さで練習し、指や手首に痛みがあるときは休んでください。本アプリは医療の助言をしません。
3. 練習のあとのレビュー、週の手紙、相談、好きなギタリストの対応づけは、AI の利用に同意した場合にだけ、外部の AI 事業者を使って作ります。AI の文は誤りを含むことがあり、医療・法律などの専門の判断の代わりにはなりません。相談に、ほかの方の個人の情報や、知られたくない情報を書かないでください。AI の機能には期間ごとの回数の上限があり、サーバーの状態や端末によっては使えないことがあります。そのときは端末の中で作る短い総評に代わります。Android 版では、不適切な内容や誤りのある AI の文を、アプリの中から当社に報告できます。
4. レビュー・週の手紙・相談と、回数の制限のない練習には、自動更新のサブスクリプション「Fretmate Pro」（週額または年額）が必要です。Pro が無い場合も、決まった回数まで練習でき、残りの回数をアプリに表示します。料金と期間は購入の前にアプリとストアに表示します。年額は、対象となる新規の方に 3 日間の無料体験から始まることがあり、無料体験が終わるまでに解約しない限り、終わったときに年額の料金が請求されます。サブスクリプションは、解約しない限り期間の終わりに自動で更新され、次の期間の料金が請求されます。解約しても、今の期間の終わりまで Fretmate Pro を使えます。アプリを削除しても、サブスクリプションは解約されません。
5. App Store での購入: 料金は Apple アカウントに請求されます。今の期間が終わる 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動で更新されます。管理と解約は、設定アプリの「ユーザ名」>「サブスクリプション」からいつでも行えます。支払いと返金は Apple がその規約に従って扱い、当社は返金を行えません。
6. Google Play での購入: 料金は Google アカウントのお支払い方法に請求されます。今の期間が終わるまでに解約しない限り自動で更新されます。管理と解約は、Google Play の「お支払いと定期購入」>「定期購入」からいつでも行えます。支払いと返金は Google Play がその規約に従って扱い、当社は返金を行えません。
7. Google Play での購入と App Store での購入は別です。一方で購入した Fretmate Pro は、もう一方には引き継がれません。
8. 練習の記録、相棒の記憶、相談の履歴はお客様の端末の中にだけ保存され、当社は預かりません。アプリの削除や端末の故障・紛失で消えた記録を、当社は元に戻せません。データの扱いはプライバシーポリシーに書いています。
9. 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。合同会社 Appnics は、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
10. 本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定はこのページに新しい日付とともに掲載します。準拠法は日本法とします。

These terms apply to Fretmate for iPhone, iPad and Android, provided by Appnics, LLC ("we"). By using the app, you agree to them. Fretmate installed from the App Store is also provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which prevails over these terms for that version where they differ. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Fretmate on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or try to get around its limits, such as the number of free practices or of uses of the AI features.
2. The app scores the timing of what you play, and other aspects, on your device from what the microphone hears. Scores, suggested BPM and practice plans are guides and may be wrong depending on your device and the sound around you. Practise at a comfortable volume and pace, and rest if your fingers or wrists hurt. The app does not give medical advice.
3. The review after practice, the weekly letter, the chat and the matching of your favorite guitarists are written with an external AI provider, only if you agree to the use of AI. Text written by AI may contain mistakes and is no substitute for medical, legal or other professional advice. Do not write other people's personal information, or anything you want to keep private, in the chat. The AI features have usage limits per period and may be unavailable depending on our servers or your device; a short summary written on the device is then shown instead. On Android, you can report inappropriate or wrong AI output to us from within the app.
4. Reviews, weekly letters, the chat and practice without a limit on its number need Fretmate Pro, an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly. Without Pro, you can practise a set number of times, and the app shows how many are left. Prices and periods are shown in the app and the store before you buy. The yearly plan may start with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and the next period is charged, unless cancelled. After cancelling, you keep Fretmate Pro until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. Purchases on the App Store: payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in the Settings app, under your name and Subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; we cannot issue refunds.
6. Purchases on Google Play: payment is charged to the payment method of your Google Account. A subscription renews unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms; we cannot issue refunds.
7. Purchases on Google Play and on the App Store are separate. Fretmate Pro bought on one does not carry over to the other.
8. Your practice records, Fretmate's memory and chat history are stored only on your device, and we do not hold them. We cannot restore records lost by deleting the app or by a broken or lost device. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. The app is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Appnics, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
10. These terms may be updated as needed. We will post any change on this page with a new date. Governing law: Japan.
