マイクを許可しなかったときは？
Fretmate は、弾いたタイミングを採点するためにマイクを使います。マイクの音は iPhone・iPad の中で採点にだけ使い、保存も送信もしません。許可しなかった場合は、設定アプリで Fretmate のマイクをオンにしてください。声の操作をオンにするときは、音声認識の許可も求めます。
イヤホンやオーディオインターフェースで使うには？
スピーカー、有線のイヤホン・ヘッドホン、Bluetooth、オーディオインターフェースのそれぞれで、音の遅れを合わせ込んでから採点します。スピーカーでは、クリックを鳴らしてマイクで聴き、自動で遅れを測ります。終わるまで静かに待ってください。イヤホンなどでは、1 小節のカウントのあと、8 回のクリックに合わせて 1 音ずつ弾いてください。測った遅れは出力ごとに保存され、アプリの設定から測り直せます。Bluetooth は遅れが大きく、つなぐたびに変わることがあるため、有線のイヤホンがおすすめです。
Pro を解約するには？
Fretmate Pro は週額または年額の自動更新のサブスクリプションです。期間の終了の 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動で更新されます。管理と解約は、設定アプリの「ユーザ名」>「サブスクリプション」から行えます。アプリを削除しても、購読は解約されません。
購入を復元するには？
機種変更や再インストールのあとは、購入時と同じ Apple アカウントで、購入画面かアプリの設定の「購入を復元」を押してください。
AI の利用をやめるには？
練習のあとのレビュー、週の手紙、相談は、AI の利用に同意した場合にだけ、外部の AI 事業者に送って作ります。同意は設定からいつでも取り消せ、取り消したあとは何も送りません。練習・採点・端末の中で作る短い総評は、同意なしで使えます。相棒の記憶は、設定の「相棒の記憶」で読み、項目ごとに、または全部を消せます。
機種変更で記録は引き継がれますか？
練習の記録、相棒の記憶、相談の履歴、設定は、お使いの iPhone・iPad の中にだけ保存され、iCloud では同期しません。Fretmate には記録を別の端末に引き継ぐ機能がないため、端末 全体のバックアップから新しい端末に復元しない限り、記録は新しい 端末に移りません。アプリを削除すると、記録もすべて削除されます。

I declined microphone access
Fretmate uses the microphone to score the timing of what you play. The sound is used only on your iPhone or iPad for scoring and is never saved or sent. If you declined access, turn on Microphone for Fretmate in the Settings app. When you turn on voice commands, Fretmate also asks for speech recognition.
Earphones, Bluetooth or an audio interface
Fretmate measures the delay of your speaker, wired earphones or headphones, Bluetooth or audio interface before it scores. With the speaker, it plays clicks and listens with the microphone to measure the delay by itself; wait quietly until it is done. With earphones and other outputs, after one bar of count-in, play one note on each of the 8 clicks. The delay is saved for each output, and you can measure it again in the app's Settings. Bluetooth adds a large delay that can change each time you connect, so wired earphones are recommended.
Cancelling Pro
Fretmate Pro is an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in the Settings app, under your name and Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring purchases
On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen or in the app's Settings.
Stopping the use of AI
The review after practice, the weekly letter and the chat are written by sending data to an external AI provider, only if you agree to the use of AI. You can withdraw your agreement at any time in Settings, and nothing is sent after that. Practice, scoring and a short summary written on the device work without it. You can read Fretmate's memory in Settings and delete items one by one or all at once.
Do my records move to a new device?
Your practice records, Fretmate's memory, chat history and settings are stored only on your iPhone or iPad and are not synced through iCloud. Fretmate has no way of moving your records to another device, so they move to a new device only if you restore it from a backup of your whole device. Deleting the app deletes all your records.
