適用範囲

合同会社Appnics（Appnics, LLC）は、iPhone・iPad向けアプリLIQUIDTOUCHを提供しています。本ポリシーはアプリの利用、お問い合わせ、およびこのサポートサイトでのデータの取り扱いを説明します。アプリの利用にアカウント登録は必要ありません。

マイクとタッチ操作

マイクはリッスンモードを有効にした場合に、許可を得て使用します。音声は作品を動かすために端末内で解析し、当社へアップロードしたり、マイクの録音として保存したりしません。タッチ入力も作品の操作のために端末内で処理します。

写真・動画の保存と共有

Live Photoや動画は端末上で作成します。写真アプリへの保存時には、写真への追加権限を求めます。写真ライブラリの内容は読み取りません。書き出す動画にマイク音声は含まれません。共有は利用者が選択した共有先を通じて行われ、その共有先のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。保存したファイルは写真アプリ等で削除できます。

購入とRevenueCat

購入の決済はAppleが処理します。当社がクレジットカード番号を取得することはありません。RevenueCatはアプリ内の匿名ユーザー識別子、購入履歴、取引情報、更新・有効期限などの購入状態を処理します。これらは購入の検証、有料機能の提供、購入の復元、不正利用の防止および購入状況の分析に使用します。アプリから氏名、メールアドレスや電話番号をRevenueCatの顧客属性として送信していません。

広告とGoogle AdMob

無料利用時にはGoogle AdMobによるバナー広告、リワード広告、および設定によりインタースティシャル広告を表示します。有料アクセスが有効な間は広告を表示しません。Googleと広告パートナーは、デバイス識別子（許可された場合の広告識別子を含む）、IPアドレスとそれから推定するおおよその位置、広告の表示・操作情報、アプリとの操作情報、クラッシュ・性能などの診断情報を処理する場合があります。これらは広告配信・測定、分析、不正防止およびサービス改善に使用され、同意や設定に応じてパーソナライズ広告や他社のアプリ・サイトをまたぐ広告測定に利用される場合があります。

同意と権限の変更

必要な地域ではGoogleの同意フォームを表示し、広告リクエスト前に必要な選択を求めます。iOSのトラッキング許可も適用される場合に求めます。トラッキングを拒否しても基本的なアート操作は利用できます。利用可能な広告のプライバシー選択肢はアプリの設定から、トラッキング・マイク・写真の権限は端末の設定から変更できます。

端末内の設定とネットワーク通信

作品の設定やプレビュー・広告利用回数などは端末内に保存します。アプリは購入サービスや広告サービスとの通信時に、IPアドレスなど通常のネットワーク情報を各サービスに送信します。リモートの広告頻度設定を有効にする場合、その配信先にもリクエストに伴うネットワーク情報が送信されます。

お問い合わせとこのWebサイト

お問い合わせいただいた場合、返信や問題の調査のために、メールアドレス、メッセージおよび任意で提供された情報を取り扱います。このWebサイトでは、アプリとは別にGoogle Analyticsを利用し、Cookie等を通じてページ閲覧、ブラウザ・端末情報などをアクセス分析に使用します。Webサイトの配信事業者もリクエストに伴うネットワーク情報を処理します。ブラウザのCookie設定を変更できます。

保存期間・提供先・国外での処理

当社およびサービス提供者は、上記の目的の達成、購入の復元、法令上の義務や紛争対応に必要な期間、関連データを保持します。期間はデータの種類と提供者により異なります。Apple、RevenueCat、Googleやその委託先が居住国以外でデータを処理する場合があります。各社の取り扱いは下記のポリシーをご確認ください。

開示・訂正・削除等のご相談

個人情報の取り扱いや、適用法に基づく開示・訂正・削除等のご相談はcontact@appnics.ioへご連絡ください。必要に応じて本人確認を行い、当社が管理するデータについて対応します。購入記録等は法令上保持が必要な場合があり、Appleや外部サービスが独自に管理する情報については各社への依頼が必要になる場合があります。

子どもの利用と変更について

本アプリは子ども向け専用サービスではありません。保護者の方が個人情報の提供について懸念をお持ちの場合はお問い合わせください。機能やデータの取り扱いに変更がある場合、本ページの内容と更新日を改定し、必要な場合は追加のお知らせや同意の取得を行います。

Scope

Appnics, LLC provides LIQUIDTOUCH for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains data handling in the app, support correspondence and this support website. No app account registration is required.

Microphone and touch input

With your permission, the microphone is used when you enable Listen Mode. Audio is analyzed on your device to animate art; we do not upload it or save microphone recordings. Touch input is processed on your device to control artwork.

Photos, videos and sharing

Live Photos and videos are created on your device. Saving requests permission to add to Photos; the app does not read your photo library. Exported videos do not contain microphone audio. Sharing uses the destination you choose, whose privacy policy also applies. You can delete saved files in Photos or the destination app.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple processes payments; we do not receive payment card numbers. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history, transaction details and purchase status such as renewal and expiration. These support purchase verification, paid access, restoration, fraud prevention and purchase analytics. The app does not send names, email addresses or phone numbers as RevenueCat customer attributes.

Advertising and Google AdMob

Free use includes Google AdMob banner and rewarded ads, and interstitial ads when enabled. Active paid access removes ads. Google and advertising partners may process device identifiers (including an advertising identifier where permitted), IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad impressions and interactions, app interaction information, and crash and performance diagnostics. These support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and service improvement. Depending on consent and settings, they may support personalized ads or advertising measurement across other companies’ apps and websites.

Consent and permissions

Where required, Google consent forms request applicable choices before ads are requested. The app requests iOS tracking permission where applicable. Declining tracking does not prevent basic artwork interaction. Available ad privacy choices can be changed in the app’s Settings. Manage tracking, microphone and Photos permissions in device settings.

Local settings and network requests

Artwork preferences and preview or ad usage limits are stored on your device. Requests to purchase and advertising services transmit ordinary network information, such as IP address, to those services. If remote ad-frequency settings are enabled, the configuration host also receives network information accompanying those requests.

Support and this website

If you contact us, we process your email address, message and information you choose to provide to respond and investigate issues. Separate from the app, this website uses Google Analytics and cookies or similar technologies for page-view and browser/device analytics. The hosting provider also processes network information accompanying requests. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Retention, providers and international processing

We and service providers retain relevant data as needed for the purposes above, purchase restoration, legal obligations and dispute handling. Retention varies by data type and provider. Apple, RevenueCat, Google and their processors may process data outside your country of residence. Their policies below describe their practices.

Access, correction and deletion

Contact contact@appnics.io about privacy or requests to access, correct or delete personal information under applicable law. We may verify your identity and respond concerning data we control. Some records may need to be retained by law. Requests concerning information independently controlled by Apple or other providers may need to be directed to them.

Children and policy updates

The app is not a service specifically directed to children. Parents or guardians concerned about personal information provided to us can contact us. We update this page and its revision date when features or data practices change, and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
