ルミクロックは、合同会社 Appnics が、Apple の標準的なライセンス契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）のもとで、お客様の Apple 端末での個人利用のために提供します。
Full Unlock は、Apple を通じた月額の自動更新サブスクリプション、または買い切りの購入です。月額は、期間が終わる 24 時間前までに解約しない限り、毎月自動で更新されます。サブスクリプションの管理と解約は、Apple アカウントの設定（サブスクリプション）で行えます。Appnics による返金はできません。返金は Apple にご請求ください。購入は Apple アカウントに紐づき、ファミリー共有の対象は買い切りの購入だけです。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。合同会社 Appnics は、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害（予定に遅れた場合を含む）について責任を負いません。ルミクロックには意図してアラーム機能がありません。大切な用事を本アプリだけに頼らないでください。
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。準拠法は日本法とします。

Lumi Clock is provided by Appnics, LLC for personal use on your Apple devices under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Full Unlock is a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase, both handled by Apple. The subscription renews automatically every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions. Purchases are not refundable through Appnics; refund requests go to Apple. They are tied to your Apple Account, and Family Sharing covers the one-time purchase only.
The app is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Appnics, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a missed appointment. Do not rely on Lumi Clock alone for anything that matters: it has no alarm by design.
These terms may be updated as needed. Governing law: Japan.
