1. 本アプリは、入力した文字や色を画面に表示するためのアプリです。会場や施設でご使用になるときは、その場所のルールに従ってください。周囲の方の視界や安全を妨げないようご配慮ください。
2. 本アプリは画面の点滅・明滅を伴います。光に敏感な方は「点滅を抑える」をオンにしてご使用ください。体調に異変を感じたときは、ただちに使用をやめてください。
3. 表示する文字の内容は、利用者ご自身の責任でお使いください。第三者の権利を侵害する表示はお控えください。
4. Full Unlock は買い切りの購入です。購入と返金は Apple の規約に従います。
5. 本アプリの使用により生じた損害について、当社は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
6. 本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。

1. HIKARE shows the text and colors you choose on your screen. When using it at a venue or facility, follow that place's rules, and be considerate of the view and safety of people around you.
2. HIKARE makes the screen blink and flash. If you are sensitive to light, turn on Reduce Flashing. If you feel unwell, stop using it immediately.
3. You are responsible for the text you display. Do not display anything that infringes the rights of others.
4. Full Unlock is a one-time purchase. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's terms.
5. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of HIKARE.
6. These terms may be updated as needed.
