CATHODE は、合同会社 Appnics が、Apple の標準的なライセンス契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）のもとで、お客様の Apple 端末での個人利用のために提供します。
Full Unlock は Apple を通じた買い切りの購入です。サブスクリプションではなく、Appnics による返金はできません。返金は Apple にご請求ください。購入は Apple アカウントに紐づき、ファミリー共有で家族と共有されます。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。合同会社 Appnics は、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害（予定に遅れた場合を含む）について責任を負いません。CATHODE には意図してアラーム機能がありません。大切な用事を本アプリだけに頼らないでください。
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。準拠法は日本法とします。

CATHODE is provided by Appnics, LLC for personal use on your Apple devices under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Full Unlock is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. It is not a subscription and is not refundable through Appnics; refund requests go to Apple. It is tied to your Apple Account and shared with your family through Family Sharing.
The app is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Appnics, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a missed appointment. Do not rely on CATHODE alone for anything that matters: it has no alarm by design.
These terms may be updated as needed. Governing law: Japan.
